Pan de La Selva is a small batch Panaderia blending Mexican and Central American flavors with local ingredients. We use local ingredients because there is no "Selva" in Washington, but the surrounding lands still capture the fruitful spirit of the Jungle.

We are as much artists as we are chefs , and each pan dulce we create is meant to spark emotion and curiosity.

We aim to nurture the Latinx Diaspora and highlight Latin ingredients with seasonal ingredients to honor where we come from, where we are and where we are going.
